Attempted Bank Robbery With Toilet Plunger Weapon

A Utica,New York man faces felony charges for attempted robbery of three different banks while armed with a toilet plunger. Surveillance photos captured the suspect entering the Key Bank on Genesee Street Thursday afternoon.
